He has local and international experience in planning, design and construction of Civil infrastructure such as highways, airports, oil and gas, buildings, wastewater and storm water in Kenya, Botswana and Canada for over 20 years.

Francis is a licensed professional engineer(P.Eng) by APEGA in Canada.
