He has practiced as an engineer and construction manager in the entire Eastern Africa Region for over 10 years.

Naftaly is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in both IT and Aviation Engineering. With over 11 years of experience in Aviation Engineering and Fleet Management, coupled with more than 3 years in IT, Naftaly brings a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to the table.
As a director, Naftaly has successfully led teams through complex projects, leveraging his deep understanding of both industries to drive innovation and efficiency. Naftaly holds a BSc.in Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering from Moi University.
Passionate about staying at the forefront of technological advancements, Naftaly is dedicated to bridging the gap between IT solutions and Project Management challenges, ensuring optimal performance and safety in the in all Bayana undertakings.
Ms. Anne Muasa
Anne is a human resource professional with extensive knowledge and experience in administration, recruitment and selection processes, personnel marketing, training and development, and HR information systems (HRIS).
With 4 years of experience in the field, she specializes in talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational culture enhancement.
She holds a BSc. Degree in Biochemistry and an MBA in Human Resources from USIU-Africa.
Mr. George Mubia Kinyua
George Mubia serves as the Financial Officer at Bayana Construction Limited, overseeing the finance department within the organization. With a background in the advisory and consultancy industry, George brings extensive expertise in tax planning, financial planning, finance control, and reporting.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a specialization in accounting. Additionally, George is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
Mr. Jeremiah Gitimu
Graduate in Bachelor of Business Management-Supply and Procurement Option in Mount Kenya University and a member in Kenya Institute of Supply Management (KISM).
Dedicated and results-driven procurement officer with over 4 years of experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement processes. Proven track record of optimizing procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve operational efficiency.
Skilled in vendor management, contract negotiation, and supply chain optimization. Possess strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and make informed purchasing decisions. Excellent communicator and team player adept at collaborating across departments to meet organizational objectives.
Mr. Michael Mwaniki
Michael Mwaniki is a skilled Site Engineer with a solid foundation in Civil Engineering. He holds a B. Eng in Civil Engineering from Technical University of Kenya, Michael’s expertise spans 11 years in the construction industry and has proficiency in planning, design, and overseeing the full cycle construction of diverse multimillion-shilling projects.
With over a decade of hands-on experience, Michael has been involved in a wide array of projects, ranging from power substations to fibre optics rollouts, GSM towers, LPG facilities, bulk fuel depots, and auto gas stations.
Michael’s expertise lies in project planning and management, design implementation, quality control, and ensuring adherence to strict safety standards.
Mr. Moses Isabwa Milimu
A highly experienced Quality Control Officer with more than seven years of experience across diverse engineering projects.
He is proficient in Roads and Buildings inspection accredited by the National Construction Authority (NCA), adept at managing concrete operations, soil classifications, and ensuring adherence to contemporary construction methodologies.
Skilled in utilizing various computer software for project management, interpreting blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure project success. Moses obtained a Diploma in Civil Engineering from The Sigalagala National Polytechnic in 2011 and holds an Associate Membership with the Institute of Clerk of Works – Kenya (ICWK).
Mr. Ezra Aming’a
Ezra holds a Bachelor’s degree from JOMO KENYATTA UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNOLOGY (J.K.U.A.T.) and Geospatial certifications from REGIONAL CENTRE FOR MAPPING AND RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT. (R.C.M.R.D). He has extensive expertise having worked on a wide array of engineering projects both in the public and private sectors as an Engineering Surveyor.
He is skilled in the use of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (R.T.K), Total Stations, and Auto Dumpy Level Machines for collecting topographical field data used for mapping and planning. In analyzing the collected data, he has proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Google Earth Pro and ERDAS software’s to provide accurate data and insights.
Knowledgeable in the precise construction stakeout and calculation of cut and fill volume quantities that help in the determination of the project cost estimates.
Mr. Kevin Njoroge
Kevin is a Health and Safety expert with 10+ years of experience in Health and Safety sector in Construction and Oil & Gas industry.
His competencies include, Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, Efficient Emergency Response and Management, Excellent understanding of OHS legislation and procedures, Vigilance in the implementation of Safe Work Systems, Excellent knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety methodologies and developing a positive Safety culture based on Behavior Based Safety.
