He has local and international experience in planning, design and construction of Civil infrastructure such as highways, airports, oil and gas, buildings, wastewater and storm water in Kenya, Botswana and Canada for over 20 years. Francis is a licensed professional engineer(P.Eng) by APEGA in Canada.

Mr. Kagwi holds a BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi and an M.A in Construction Management from the same university.

He has practiced as an engineer and construction manager in the entire Eastern Africa Region for over 10 years.

In analyzing the collected data, he has proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Google Earth Pro and ERDAS software’s to provide accurate data and insights.

Knowledgeable in the precise construction stakeout and calculation of cut and fill volume quantities that help in the determination of the project cost estimates.
